When submitting art work:
Please send digital files whenever possible. It is highly recommended to attach a jpg for viewing reference only or provide a color printout of your art.
Acceptable Digital Files:
•Adobe Illustrator - Save PC files as an .ai or .eps and convert all fonts to outlines. All spot colors should be named with a Pantone color.
•Photoshop- 300 dpi min. Remember, you can not increase your resolution. The quality of the design will suffer. You must start your design at 300 dpi.
•TIFF - 300 dpi min.

Formats to Avoid:
Web art- jpg, gif, bmp
Word .doc are not acceptable formats for printing graphics.
Files received in these formats could result in delays when processing orders. Please call if you have questions concerning digital files.
Quick Tips On Art:
Convert ALL fonts to outlines.
Do not set type in Photoshop.
It’s just a 1 color design: If the design has a combination of gradients and a spot color, it should be separated as a 2 color job.
4 Color Process-
True 4 Color Process: Usually takes more than 4 screens.
We have a minimum order of 144 pieces for this process. Film separation cost a bit more. The typical 4 color process job runs at $250.00 for separations and screens. Please e-mail you art work for a quote.

If you are looking for your new art to look old, it's the distressed factor you're looking for. This is actually an easy effect to produce. This effect can be added to multi color designs also.
Below you can see the difference between bad art and good. On the left is a jpg taken from the web. It has a low resolution and is only good for viewing. This will not print well on a T-shirt. On the right, the original file created with Adobe Illustrator. This image will print clear and sharp. Please avoid images from the web. This will only delay production.
